• What is significant about these numbers? They all have something to do with the tractors featured in the 2023 edition of the Classic Farm Tractor Calendar. There are 2 cylinder tractors, 4 cylinder tractors and 6 cylinder tractors dating from 1920 to 1963. What about '8'? Well whilst there are no 8 cylinder tractors featured, the engine capacity of the oldest tractor - with only two cylinders - is eight litres and 10 draw bar HP @ 575 rpm, whilst the youngest tractor - with six cylinders and 60 draw bar HP @ 2400 rpm - has only half the capacity!
• What are these tractors? You will have to wait for the calendar to see exactly which tractors are featured, but there are representatives from many of the famous tractor brands such as Allis Chalmers, Ferguson, Ford, International, John Deere, Minneapolis-Moline, McCormick-Deering, and Oliver, as well as a couple of brands long since consigned to history.
• This large format calendar, with one month to a page, features a different full colour picture each month, the quality of the which is so good they are suitable for framing if desired. Each page measuring 350 x 250mm (14” x 10”) with large easy to see print and ample space to write notes against each day.
• Your calendar is flat packed in a special envelope which includes a stiff cardboard insert to minimise chance of damage in the post.
