1 July 2008: "My Account" feature now available. You can now monitor the progress of your current order, and even look up the history of your past orders. Your email address and password is the key to gaining access to this information.

Click on "My Account" at the top RH corner of the screen, fill in your email address and password, then you can check on your current order including order status; check what you have previously ordered; and even change your personal details, all on-line.

Please note that if you change your email address, you will need to sign in as a "new" customer when you make your next order, [or email us (leigh@collectormodels.com.au) with your new email address so that we can update your account accordingly]. If you change your email address, the computer will not be able to show you your past order details as it does not relate your old email address to your new email address.

We have no events to go to for some time, but we do have our huge display set up in our warehouse at 710 Wilson St. Ballarat, Vic. until early Feb 2009. We look forward to seeing you if you get a chance to call by.

Broadband or Dial Up? Broadband users will benefit from seeing images of the models load quickly, while dial-up users can select the Dial Up option from the top line to allow faster loading (with icons replacing images). In either case, to view a larger image of any particular item, click on the thumbnail pic. or icon and a larger picture of this item will open up on your screen.

Payment Security: We have updated the security of your details and credit card payments to the very latest system available. You can be assured that your credit card details cannot be viewed by anyone. The process is completely electronic through eWAY processing gateway (electronic banking system) - not even we see your credit card details now! And, you get feedback to let you know the status of your order and payment so you are not left wondering if your order has been received by us.  If you do not receive an order acknowledgment soon after the order was sent, you can assume that something went wrong in  "cyberspace".

November 2007:   We have added a new feature which allows you to enter a password, along with your address details. This means all users will need to enter their full details once only, then next time you order something, all you need to do is enter the email address and password you provided in your initial setup, and your address details will automatically fill in on the order form.   (Our next stage of development will allow you to monitor the progress of your current order, and even look up the history of your past orders. Your email address and password is the key to gaining access to this information. This feature is still a little way off yet).

Be sure to see the new product line added to the Accessories group. This product line includes line drawings (sketches) of tractors and machinery from by-gone days by Murray Parker from Melbourne. Murray lived in Nhill in his earlier years, and line drawing is a favourite past-time for Murray. Each sketch is A4 (21 x 29.5 cm) size, and is mounted on stiff black board ready to frame or display as is. These same sketches are also available unmounted for $10.00 each for those who wish to laminate them or display them in folders etc.

If searching by the "Stock No" option (you need to already know the stock number to use this option), enter the stock number (if the stock no. starts with a letter or letters, type the letters first, then add a space using the space bar on the keyboard, then the remainder of the number.) Then select "stock no." option from the group of three options, then hit "Go".
